Took a little longer than 15 minutes but here it is. For comparison I filmed a little mounted and a little handheld. I think if it was day time, the mounted would look about the same as the handheld in regards to stability.



However,15 seconds after I shot this, the suction cup let loose and the entire unit fell off the windshield. I will be taking it back tomorrow and looking into the option posted above.

Bottom line........don't do the Dynex from Best Buy.
