Did you bleed the MC before you attached the brake lines to it? Not trying to insult your intelligence, just asking. If not then you may want to bleed that first.

Yep. I bled it as best I could before hooking it up. I actually was worried about that so we tried bleeding at both lines entries again & only got fluid. I'm thinking that I need to adjust the drums in back & try again. It almost feels like the rears are getting full pressure before the fronts can engage. Since the rears set the pedal height and I'm getting pressure stop about 1/2 down, it's possible... thoughts?
The front wells are already tubbed on the inside and fenders flared & trimmed a bit. The rear is definitely gonna have to be cut....
