New NY gun law
S1422-2013 - NY Senate Open Legislation - Increases the penalty for the possession, use, or sale of certain firearms and ammunition and redefines "assault weapon"; repealer - New York State Senate

RIP to our 2nd amendment in NY.

Pretty absurd, IMO.

One part (S 265.02 p. 5 i) says that if you own 3 or more firearms, you are in criminal possession.
