Clutch Help

I have a 1986 Toyota 4 Runner with a clutch pedal that has gone to the floor. No signs of slippage or any issues before hand. I can start it but cannot put into any gear. Any suggestions? I'm a first time owner and user of this forum. Tahnks for your help.
