Do not tell them so. Just pass by and ask them. That what I'm usually doing. I'm coming there, explaining what I want from them. They usually trying to fill up the paperwork and try to get my keys to see the mileage, but I'm stopping them with the note: I can do it myself, just give me the parts, you'll take too much time for the same job.
