I understand why all the ammo is gone... all these newbs arming themselves need ammo, and idiots stockpiling ammo hoping to get a return investment on it. I know someone that talked to a guy in a gun store that has 3k rounds of .223 and doesn't own a gun in that caliber. He was just hoping to make money on it when they stopped making ammo. I hope he loses money on it cause he will.
well the only news I have is that I finally cleaned my 10/22 after three years. Actually, I have to take the action apart this weekend. it's so gunked up. never had an FTF or FTE. Did have one ftf with the hi point... but looking back I know why. I spent a week just polishing the chamber and slide with a q-tip and forgot to oil it before the range. Happened on the third round. put 22 rounds downrange after that with no trouble... besides the frozen fingers anyway.
