I don't think you can draw anything resembling a correlation from that. Lots of people use THC, some regularly, some sporadically, they all show up on the drug test the same. Unless they are in for respiratory related issues and were never a tobacco user, just MJ, then I don't think you can blame MJ for any health woes, wether the patient is a user or not.
I bet even more of your patients drink coffee on a regular basis, would you blame all of their woes on caffine?
