Even if you do get a dealer tech that "inspects fluids" most of it is just seeing if the fluid is between the min and max. If you look up the procedure for inspecting your transmission fluid, it is basically just making there isn't ATF dripping from your transmission.....

The techs make their money by job, so it is within their best interest to complete your service as quickly as possible, which means skipping steps, and not really inspecting anything. They just do the bare minimum necessary to get you out the door.
