The NAV in my Civic (OEM NAV) occasionally goes squirrely. The OEM NAV in my 4Runner went a little bonkers once. What I did for both of them: I disconnected the battery for 5 min, then reconnected. It booted up (took a few minutes............ don't touch anything until it's done) and they were fine. Try that again, I know it's seems dumb.
If nothing, then you probably shorted something out.
There is a service that a company offers to "broken" Toyota NAVs:
