You're all over the map buddy, but i admit to getting a chuckle when you suggested there was a cell phone subsidy during the Reagan administration

I agree though Obama did not start it, it was triggered by the Telecommunications Act initiated the year Bill Clinton started his term in 1996. It's funded not by income tax but by a federally mandated universal service fee on the bill of everyone who owns a cell phone... In other words let's face it, it's another tax. The reason Obama gets grief about it is there is more widespread abuse of the program in the last 5 years, as with many free handouts.
Anyway, it's one thing to help someone out with say, heart medicine or insulin for a diabetic.... But quite another thing to buy them contraceptives... I'm afraid we'll have to disagree.
By the way, you didn't bother to address the $17 trillion + climbing debt.... Or are you one of those people that think we don't have a spending problem?
