Right now, most of the 3d printers are limited to items just over 8 inches or less. Eventually they will be able to accommodate larger items, like the mudguards. The cost is also pretty high, I was told that most companies would charge an outrageous price. So it would only be cost effective to do a batch and sell some of them. I'm keeping an eye on it though, once they can print out larger items, I'll probably have it done. |
Yeah, figured if there was anyone who could do it, it would be ridiculously expensive. I just like the idea of it for some reason.
