I don't know dude. That sucks to hear.

If my dog had attacked your dog I might pay for it to be a good person but I doubt you could win in court.

I'm not a lawyer but as I understand it dogs attack each other all the time, its unpredictable because they are animals. If a person had been attacked that would be one thing but in the case you described you would need to go to small claims court.

I'd just be prepared to either A) go to small claims court or B) let it go.
