This may be worth a shot.

What fuse(s) did you replace?

Also did you do anything other than try and install the LEDs?
Pics attached to show which fuse.

Also - I installed the LEDs months ago and everything was fine until today, when I replaced just the dome light. Didn't do anything else on the car.
