Yes, I know. The "Death Wobble" was aptly named. My only point in mentioning it is stating that it was not just the Jeep "brand", with the issue.
When I bought that truck, it was about the time I got out of the consumer car repair business, where I had been working as an ASE Master Tech. Since the truck was then still under warranty, I explained the problem to the Dealership Tech's. They were either unable or unwilling to attempt to fix the problem.
I made some alterations to the front end, in addition to the steering stabilizer, which eliminated the problem almost entirely.
