They look good, man. Just play with settings until you get a look that you like. Less is often more when messing with color settings.
The first shot is a prime example of something that could be fixed via RAW. I'd blow one out to get the detail in the squirrel and one to get the detail of the background then merge. As it stands, the squirrel is a little dark.
The last shot, I wish was a little brighter...but the other two pelican shots are great. Good composition, good dof, etc.
