Check your valves. I was pretty shocked by how much some of mine were out. It will make a big difference possibly. I think your tires are pretty heavy by the looks of them. I went to a lighter rim and I think that helped quite a bit.

Also Seafoam works wonders. I ran a can through the tank, a quarter can through the vacuum lines(let the engine suck it in and then turn the engine off for 5 minutes, and then turn it back on and hope your neighbors like you...horrible white smoke), and quarter to half a can in the crank case 500mi before a couple oil changes. Also replacing your vacuum lines might help depending on how cracked they are.
