with that amount of miles on both vehicles in question, YES its time to replace the movable suspension components. Springs(coil and Leaf with new bushings), shocks, ball joints, and control arm bushings if cracked or worn. My 02 Tacoma with 80k miles on them was a major pain to drive because it was wild and wobbly on the highway. Excessive lean, bounce, wobble, dive when braking, and general ass puckering experences while normally driving means it time to do something.
