Hi all. My dad's 2002 4Runner has the CEL, VSC And TRAC lights on. Scanguage says code p1135. I replaced the AFR sensor and disconnected the positive terminal on the batter for a few minutes. Lights came back on. I tried resetting the VSC system by shorting the E1 and TS terminals on the diagnostic port (using this link) https://mike-thomson.com/blog/?p=1143

Lights turned off, but came back on. Cleared the codes via the scanguage, lights come back on.

Any idea what's happening? I keep throwing code p1135 even with a brand new AFR sensor.
