T4R2014 - sadly my wife bought them, and I don't know where it was from, I do know it was ordered for our 95' IIRC they said they patterned them off the 96 4 runner, 'Exact fit seat covers, made in the usa'

my google skills come up with:

I would guess she bought them from amazon... don't know where really.
