sales figures
Thanks for all the feedback and sales numbers. Given the current sales of 4Runners it doesn't make sense for them to cut production down to 1/20th of this years sales.
The LA area Toyota sales meeting this dealer attended was probably produced to give the dealers just enough info to place their first fleet orders of 2016 models on June 1st. Toyota marketing may not be revealing everything to them before they make a big public announcement. Given how little the average dealership sales person knows about the 4Runner, it's not surprising that Toyota doesn't need to reveal too much to get them to order. And the dealer may not be telling me everything he knows.
