He's looking to re-gear since he doesn't have enough power with the 33's. Wasn't hard to figure out...
I know nothing about the diesel engine in your truck or what gears it came with stock. First step would be to figure out what gearing is in it right now by rotating the tire and counting the driveshaft rotations. Basically jack up one of the rear wheels, rotate it 20 times and count the number of times the driveshaft rotates. If it turns 43 times you have 4.30 gears, if it rotates 41 times you have 4.10 gears. That will get you your stock gears in your differential.
A lot of people regear to 4.88's here when running 33's.
