Its very concerning that they were able to swing the logistics and planning with increased security everywhere. Its well known that Brussels has been crawling with extremists for quite a few years- my guess is either the raids following the Paris attacks weren't very thorough, or - to the the surprise of exactly nobody- their border security sucks.
