Love all the builder/maintainer posts...
Our area is a no-go for wet conditions too. When a person spends most of their spring and fall and some of their winter and summer time off building trails it hurts to see somebody who either ignorantly or selfishly destroy so much work riding muddy-soft trails (bike or horse). It's also gratifying how many riders, hikers, runners and horse people show up for build days and how much work we can all do.
Building a brand new section of trail...one of the more recent work days spent with some really great people...
