Fuel pump running

I first noticed my wive's 2011 Sienna cycling the fuel with the pump running. Since it did it when the vehicle was cold & just sitting, I thought the relay was bad. I changed the relay, but 2 days later, same thing. I just forgot about it & after a week of owning my 2016 4Runner, it did the same thing. I guess something in the computer programming cycles the fuel.
