Your coolant temps should ideally be somewhere between about 186-205* if I recall correctly. However, I think a proper cooling system with the thermostat jiggle valve at 6 o/clock should net you a consistent coolant temp between 188-193* unless you are off-roading or pulling a trailer. Obviously environment and driving style will effect this somewhat.
