The connections depend on whether your truck or the truck that the radio came from came with a factory amplifier. If your truck does have a factory amp, try taking it out. The connections that go to the amp may line up with the radio you have.

When I went to install, only one of the harnesses in dash fit into the back of the radio. My pioneer had a harness split from two plugs in the dash. Take pictures of the harnesses and the back of your factory radio. The factory amp was pretty standard for the SR5. Its silver aluminum and mounted to the truck beside the air bag thing under the stereo.
