Well, at that price, why not get them, try them, and if you like them, keep them? If you find that they are sucking the life out of you, you could sell and not loose much or anything for your experiment. You might like them.

It's funny. Maybe because I came into a 4runner by way of a 1994 Toyota Extended cab, but I purchased Some new BFG KO2 in load range E well over a year ago. I am still currently running, probably original OEM suspension, so not really doing the overall ride any favors. And I find them to be a quiet, capable, and comfortable tire. I would be very curious if I would feel the same about Goodyear Duratracs in an E rating. I definitely have heard all the moaning about E rated Duratracs, so maybe there is something to it, but I just don't feel it in these BFG KO2 Es.

Has someone had both that could compare and contrast? At the time, I would not be adverse to having an E rated tire. Especially if it means a stronger sidewall for offroad adventures while still being comfortable enough to daily drive.

I would pick them up and make your judgment after you kick em around the block a bit.
