You can get a can of ChemTool throttle body cleaner (aerosol), once the duct work at the throttle body has been removed and out of the way, you can open the butterfly with your fingers and wipe the inside of the TB off with a rag sprayed with the TB cleaner.
You can also insert the plactic end of a screwdriver in to hold open the butterfly to clean all the way inside.
Easy peezy, and you just saved about $50.00
