Cool, glad to hear you were aware and did things to make it work.
I had a buddy get a pretty bad injury from carbing in a growler. He went to open it and it exploded in his hand leaving him with a trip to the hospital, a nice bill and 20 stitches!
Just to be extra safe use a towel or glove when opening them. Not trying to tell
You what to do or be overbearing- just saw a bad injury and don't want that to happen to you or anyone else.
