That's good to hear, mental or not if it helps stick with it. I'm learning kind of late in life that I should have done things differently but better late than never. I have a good friend, cancer survivor, that credits yoga with getting her life back on track after going through hell and back. She has suggested it as well. As time moves on I'll look into it.
Climb & surf? Good for you, I'm working on stairs and 25 yards in a pool. LOL
