Yes I work part time with my good friend at Custom Kreations on 2notch road (behind Dunkin Donuts headed toward Spring Valley). We install everything and can recommend anything to suit your needs.
If you are having the locking issues, you will still have it regardless of an aftermarket was installed. The junction box replacement will resolve the lock/unlock issues. After that I would recommend installing an aftermarket. Why? Better range and expandability later on.
