Check out this website: Makin Bacon From Scratch - It Is Soooooo Much Better

They have good bacon recipes. I have tried the dry and wet cure methods.

So far, i have been able to make bacon (dry and wet cure), corned beef, smoked turkey legs, smoked ham and smoked pork chops.

Currently trying to figure out how to make Pastrami. The first 2 tries were fails.
