Hi Everyone,
I know nobody really follows my thread, but I haven't updated it in a while because of a loss in my family. My grandfather passed away on May 16, so it's been a really rough time for my family and I. Although i'm sad he is gone, i'm glad he is now resting peacefully with my grandma and uncle.
I finally had some time to update my thread, due to the services being over and my immediate family returning back to their homes.
I put my roof rack on shortly after I got it in the mail. I really like the bajarack, but my only complaint is that it rattles a little bit while driving on the street, but it's dead silent while off roading lol. Here is a pic once it was installed.
While I was on my hiatus, I did a couple of trails to ease my mind from some of the sadness. I went up to one of my local trails called cleghorn. My buddy just got his taco and wanted to test out some of the new goodies he just got done putting on.
Here are some pics from that trip. I didn't really take many pictures.
The following weekend I went out with my buddy and a couple of his buddies. One of his buddies is actually on this forum. I believe he goes my carlomage. He has an awesome trail edition 4runner tastefully modified. If you're reading this carlo, it was awesome meeting you and hopefully we can do another trail soon lol. I snapped a couple of pics for everyone to see!
I have some new mods coming in very shortly. I just ordered my 2000arb awning and brackets, as well as a gobi ladder. They were suppose to call me for my payment information today, but they never did, so I will call them first thing tomorrow morning.
I also purchased a bajarack jerry can holder from my buddy from vegas, so I will be making the drive out to pick it up from him during one of my weekends.
i also plan on making the jump to 295's, so if anyone is interested in my 285-70-17 KO2's, don't be shy to give me a holler lol. 4 of them have about 7k miles on them and 1 is practically brand new. I am asking 1k for all 5!
I plan on running some 295 nitto trail grapplers by mid july!
I'll update once some of my parts come in, thanks for reading!
