All your arguments can be answered with that case. Was TouchID data uploaded to cloud? No. Was passcode uploaded to cloud? No. Was this guy’s messages uploaded to cloud? No. Etc.. In each of these things, Apple had NOTHING to give to FBI.
Love to quote my own self. Was TouchID data uploaded to Cloud or available on Apple’s server side? NO. Was TouchID data available to FBI (before eventually being cracked by Israeli company)? NO. Was any of terrorist phone data available on Apple’s server?? NO. Was the same available to FBI (before the hack)?? NO. Was his phone properly encrypted?? YES.

So, knowing all that and what Apple has done since (and well documented) in the area of privacy and security via Secure Enclave and File Encryption, why would you think FaceID data which is located ONLY in Secure Enclave (same area as San Bernardino phone) be any different???

I understand if San Bernardino case showed that Apple was lying all along about Secure Enclave and encryption and thus now you have doubts. But that was not the case at all.

Can you please stop your illogical bias arguments now?? PLEASE.
