What is going in here? There's no way you can have positive camber if your camber is spec. It's simply impossible.
If your truck isn't lifted, you DON't need SPC UCAs. Don't waste your money.
Either someone is giving you a line of crap, someone is not doing the alignment right, or you are misunderstanding something or leaving something out that would have caused the positive camber.
Before ANYONE else speculates on what's going on here you HAVE TO post your alignment printout and a picture of you truck from the front.
Armed with that information, we can much better help you instead of guessing, speculating and throwing parts (and money) at the problem.
