Cool, glad we can agree on something. Lets start there and tighten the screws so hard it makes it a long and grueling nightmare for someone to buy a gun, even the honest law abiding citizens (if you're really dedicated to them you will still do it).

Agree again. Look at all this progress we are making.
School, law enforcement, people who knew him, whatever hospital he was getting help in - all failed badly.
