I can agree with that from painting in the past. Prep is key for best adhesion. I feel like I want to do POR-15 everywhere but I think I would want to remove everything from the body and frame to do it right, i.e sandblasting etc. But this is a job for someone who has time and a garage, which I have another year on my apt lease...
