2019 voodoo trd pro roof rack installed on 2017 pro cement

Is there any one who hates their 19 TRD PRO roof rack or plan to buy an after market roof rack?

ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE - Just wanted to thank Elic who was from Alaska and bought his new Voodoo Pro in Seattle and drove up to Vancouver to deliver my new roof rack. Looks great on the Cement Pro.

I want to like it but there’s just something about it that doesn’t look right. Too high off the roof maybe? Idk.
 
I am personally not a fan but its your 4Runner and if you like it, that's all that matters. I am happy you found one! Congrats!!! Just wait until people ask you how you got that Cement in a 2019 lol!
 
Like other have said, I am personally not a fan BUT it's your truck and if you like it, you do you!
 
I have an FJ with that rack and it looks great, to me it does not look right on a 4runner.Bottom line is it's YOUR truck and if you dig it that's all that matters!
 
I like the way it sits on my FJ much better spanning all the way to the front but the FJ didn't have a sunroof so I think they designed it a bit different. When the FJ and 4Runner are sitting in my driveway both in cement and same style roof rack it looks great.

If anyone is interested in one in the Colorado area, I am probably going to replace the rack on my TRD pro that just came in... PM me!
 
I knew right away there would be haters because they just do. I’m sure they will hate when there is a new 4Runner design even though is maybe improved and even more awesome looking.

I like the look of the rack because it differs from the standard and most of us are customizing our 4Runners making it stand out from the crowd. I will concur with others that I am unclear if the 2019 roof rack is functional but a question I have and have searched, why can't a FJC rack fit a 4Runner? The dimension measures the same width (I think) and the drip channel runs the length of the 4Runner roof.
 
They only look the same. They are not the same dimensions. The bolts aren't even the same space. The front bars on the FJ go up much further. And I'm 100% b/c I was going to buy a used FJ rack to put on my 4Runner but measured first and noticed instantly. And the FJ has 6 mounting points and the 4Runner has 4.
