I installed a used TRD roof rack from CL shortly after buying my rig a few years ago. A little while ago I noted the crossbars were crooked. Upon investigating the situation, I find that I'm missing one of the lower clamp halves.
The knobs used to tighten the clamps loosened up to varying degrees on all 4 crossbars and one clamp half went bye bye. I've been trying to find another clamp with no luck since they are not available alone. Since all the knobs were loose, I decided I wanted a tool to get them a little tighter than I can by hand without marring them up with channellocks or other pliers.
The say necessity is the mother of all inventions, so I made this...
It's the first go so we'll see how it does. I only did a 25% infill and it's PLA so it if does well I may increase the infill for more strength and use ABS next time.
