Zero rust, literally zero.
To put it plainly, I've never seen a 3rd gen in this condition. Maintained with records. Excellent condition.
I know what kbb and nada say but how do I put a price on this thing?

What region are you in? In Georgia I purchased my 2000 SR5, 4x4 with the locker, and with 123k miles for $8k roughly. Everything was say, 90% prestine. Paint is 95% good, very few dings but no loss of clear coat. Extremely minor frame rust, if you could even call it rust. So little in fact that I painted it over in 5 minutes.
The interior was spotless, no mess, no stains, no rips, etc. Most folks comment that she almost seems brand new. Engine fired up without issues and shifted fine, (though shifting greatly improved after flushing her with new fluid.).
No loud or strange noises during driving, no scary sounds when turning it accelerating or stopping. No obvious issues looking under the hood. No frame damage, (no wrecks according to kbb)
4x4 locked in without issues, though a little slow. Unfortunately I mistakenly did not test, but it does work. Albiet a little slow to lock, but whatever.
They claimed that she needed new valve cover seals, and a new steering rack. But neither are leaking as far as I can tell after 6 months of daily use.
So depending on your region, I would expect to pay something close to 8k, more or less.
