That's awesome, mine is also black. We call her Black Betty. 190k and rolling.
I was able to find a part number on the harness, really tiny writing, it's 6-pin 90980-12349. The blue wire doesn't appear to be damaged and that it's just a loose connection in the harness. Tried pushing it in and adding some dielectric grease. Now it won't work period. I guess I'll try buying the harness and replacing it.
