You can also while posting, click on the paperclip icon at the top of the edit window. From there you can directly upload a picture from your PC to the forums. Then click on the down arrow next to the paperclip to select and insert an image.
Just... be sure to properly resize to something reasonable first

Just figured it out. You need to meet a minimum post count. I think it is 20. Little extreme.

Yeah, that's the worst...

I need to send my self the pictures on my phone and when they ask for size of the pictures I'd just figure out to pic the smallest size. then when downloading onto my google drive account, they flip sometimes. THEN I would load the onto the forum from the google drive account. Think the pics look better that way. I don't know how to correct the flipping of the pictures when they occur.

Kind of an old thread, but figured I would post how I do mine now that its brought back up:
For pictures, I upload them to an Imgur album, then you can click on the image and copy the Linked BBCode link. Linked BBCode will allow the reader to click the image and get redirected to imgur to see if full size if they want. Regular BBCode will not, so I always used linked. You can change the size of image with the sizes at the bottom. On the fly, you can also change this digit marked with the * to t=small, m=medium, l=large, h=huge, and deleting it all together will make it original sized. Large and medium thumbnails are usually what I go with, the Huge and Original will get automatically downsized by the forum but will have a bar to expand the size to be huge. See below

Huge (only fits 1 image per line) example. Downsized by forum to large size, bar at top allows to expand.
Original (only fits 1 image per line) example. Downsized by forum to large size, bar at top allows to expand. Sometimes is too big and can get squished horizontally depending on the original pic size and monitor resolution
