For the hard line, I see in the video they disconnected the bracket on the axle and had it out of the way. Are you saying it pushes against the axle bracket when you reinstall it? With hard line you can carefully bend it a little to modify its routing and/or slip some rubber hose around where it makes contact with the brackets.

Yup, I had the front assembled loosely and the way you described it with the top bracket in front of the lower. The rear axle bracket nut\bolt pretty much rests on the brake line on the driver side. I bent it out a little, but still doesn't seem right. I almost feel like the angle of the skid needs to be angled more down in the rear, and up in front for the bracket to clear the brake line better. That's kind of what it looks like in the video, but when I do that, the front bracket doesn't sit flush on the skid plate, and it's impossible to get the two allen head bolts on the bottom tight enough to suck those two together
