Update.

Finally got it installed with help of the bottle jack.

Tips for anyone thinking of getting the Victory 4x4 rear diff skid for 5th Gen 4Runner.

If you're planning on installing by yourself, use some kind of jack, or ask a friend to help hold the skid up into place. Install the axle brackets first, and get the tilt of the skid correct first before tightening the bolts on 3rd member bracket.

I would also recommend getting new longer 1\2 bolts for axle brackets. The ones that came with the kit are too short, and don't even go past the nylon ring on the nuts. I would also recommend replacing the nylon lock nuts with regular nuts and use a lock washer the same time you're getting longer bolts. I had a huge fail when I got new nylon lock nuts and bolts in stainless steel, and the 3 of the 4 nylon lock nuts cold welded onto the bolts while I was trying to adjust. This probably wouldn't be a problem if you use regular hardened zinc coated hardware, but beware if you decide to go with stainless. I had to cut them all off, and started over with new bolts with regular nuts and lock washers.

Last advice is to flip the two 1/2inch bolts upside down on the front of the axle brackets. Since the bolts are now longer they end up coming into contact with the anti sway bar. Flipping the bolts gives lots of clearance, and using regular nuts + lock washers makes it easy to get the nut\bolt tight right side up, or upside down.
