I bought this off of Amazon:

Wiper arm

Wiper blade was replaced but I must have bought it elsewhere. I have the Bosch Icon wipers on my 3 Toyota windshields and they've been very good. The rear blade on the 4Runner is Bosch, maybe. I buy Bosch and Rain-X blades but to get the 'stow' attachment on the blade you'll have to go with a different brand. There are several options on Amazon for about $10. This one gets 4.6/5.0 stars with 2,894 ratings
