Exclamation damaged bolt or pan

So i made the mistake of trusting the herbs at Walmart with my 4runner. I needed it done and i didn't have time to do it, so i went to walmart.

well four months later, i am changing my oil and the bolt comes right out, but it won't go back in. It acts like its tighting and then it hits this one spot and jumps back out.

I looked at the bolt and can see right were the freakin bolt is cross-threaded.

The question is, would it be just the bolt that is damaged and that if i got another drain plug it would be fine. Or is the pan itself damaged and i'm going to have to replace the pan?
