There are a bunch of different ways the front end alignment can be wrong - you are right to be suspicious.
Step 1 here is to make sure the steering wheel is 'centered' to the rack. Turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock and make sure it is symmetric (turns the same amount in each direction).
If that is good, then you need to go back to the shop and have them put it back on the rack and get readings. They owe you this, especially since you likely still have an issue.
You want near 0 toe (slightly in), near 0 camber (matching on both sides, slightly negative if possible) and caster on the high end of the factory range with the right side slightly higher than the left if possible (helps fight road crown with no tire wear effect).
A likely scenario here is that they just adjusted toe and camber or caster is wrong or mis-matched side to side.
