..Had the same issue with my 2010 SR5 T4R brake light…only on driver’s side.
The ‘Stop’ fuse under the hood and the bulb itself were both good.
All I did was wiggle the blue wire on the 6-wire small harness and now the brake light is working. If it goes out again I will try some dielectric grease on the contacts..saw that stuff when I bought new brake bulbs (that I didn’t need) at AutoZone.

…so a big thank you to whoever posted the tip about wiggling the small blue harness wire!
