Running E-load tires at low enough pressures to get the ride you want may lead to cupping or wearing the edges more than the center of the tread, and you don't want that either.
Did you ever confirm which spring perch position your front struts were setup for? The pre-load takes away the softer coils of the progressive rate spring, leaving the harder coils to suck up the bumps, and will feel firmer as a result.

Ive also got a set of tundra coils with bilsteins on the way, thanks to scrunner making a great find for me. And Im really hopeing they improve my ride. And for the rear I have a set of LC 7.75 wraps coming with a brand new set of Rough Country nitro 9000 shocks from wheelers offroad. Anyone have experience with rough country shocks?

I don't think they are.... you can see one adjustment perch faintly below the coil mount I think. If they are yellow, that would be part of the reason for a crappy ride, I heard the yellows are really stiff.
To me, it looks like you are on the 3rd or 4th perch. have you measured to confirm your "2.25" of lift?? I hear the 3rd notch is as high as you should go before it rides like feces.

Anybody know the part number for LC Tokico rear shocks to match up with the LC 7 wraps? Searched, but found no part number. Are they the green trekmaster's?

Green taskmasters for any years between 1990-1997. Make sure you select rear though.

Most of the sites seem to group the LC shocks by 91-99, I guess it doesn't really matter though. They have the correct size bushing in them for the bottom mount?

Yes. I was looking earlier this week and the cheapest I found was 43.75 each with free shipping. Next closest was 50-51 each plus shipping.

I just installed LC 7.5 wraps with the OEM green coded LC Tokico shocks yesterday. Drove it around for about 20 minutes and the rear end is VERY bouncy. The coils have around 90k on them I think. And the shocks are brand new. I pulled them out of the sealed bags. I was expecting a really smooth nice ride.
I messed around with the shocks a bit before installing them yesterday and I noticed that they have like two or three different stiffness regions. For the first few inches of compression the shocks rebound really quickly. Then once you get into that middle range they rebound slower meaning they get stiffer. And then I believe toward the bottom they get really stiff and rebounds really slowly. This would make sense as it compensates for the increased pressure of the coils as they compress.
So as far as my broucy ride, my theory is this: Because the 4runner back end is so light and I have no added weight whatsoever, my coils are extended really far (yielded about 4.5" lift from stock) and the shocks are toward the top of their range, which is the really soft section. Since the shocks are really soft up there they are rebounding to fast as the springs recoil thus giving me to much bounce. Do you guys think this sounds correct?
Im definately at loss cause I didnt think the 7.5 wraps would yield so much lift. I thought it would be around 3.5", maybe less with the miles on them. And I bought them for the improved ride quality just as much as for the lift

Definitely give the LC's about a month to settle. Mine came down probably an inch in total within a month of driving and install. Did you install the rubber internal bumpstop inside the rear coils?
Sory but I can't comment on the Green Trekmasters though, I have heard the OEM Tokico Blacks are awesome though...

Ya I have the rubber cones installed. But these have around 90k miles on them already so wouldnt they be settled already?

Mine are the same way. when going over speed bumps the front (Tundra coils/bilsteins) is soft then the rear kinda thuds. Not horrible though, just not as soft as I expected. I bet they are good off road though, I just haven't gotten a chance to do so...
the LC trekmaster shock part number is : TK-GE4095
This is where I got mine about 6 months ago:

It's the springs that need to settle, not the rubber cones. The springs need to settle anytime they are freshly installed, just because they are used doesn't mean they won't settle.
