Found a 96-99 4runner 5spd with a bad trans. Whats it worth???

So heres the deal,

I found a 96-99 5spd sr5 with 220k miles.(v6) Motor runs great and the body is in pretty good shape. Bad side is that it might need a trans/clutch, Im not exactly sure yet.. I have a 5spd trans here that will fit. The guy wants 900.00, do you guys think its worth fixing? My intention will be to sell it.
